By accessing or using CourtCanvas (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CourtCanvas is a basketball shot chart visualisation and poster generation tool. It displays historical NBA shot coordinate data in artistic formats and allows users to export those visualisations as image files for personal use.

CourtCanvas is an independent product and is not affiliated with, licensed by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the NBA, NBA Properties, Inc., or any NBA team or player. All player names and team references are used in an informational, statistical context only. The NBA name, logo, and team names are the intellectual property of their respective owners.

• Export images for personal, non-commercial use
• Share exported images on social media with attribution
• Use the studio to explore and visualise basketball data

• Reselling or commercially licensing exported images without permission
• Scraping or bulk-downloading data or images from the Service
• Reverse engineering or copying the Service's source code for commercial purposes
• Representing exported images as officially licensed NBA products

Premium features, when available, will be subject to additional payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue premium features with reasonable notice.

The CourtCanvas name, logo, design, and codebase are the intellectual property of CourtCanvas. Statistical data (shot coordinates, scores, dates) represents factual information not subject to copyright. Artistic themes, visualisation styles, and export layouts are original works of CourtCanvas.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data or feature.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtCanvas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
